All pay and benefits data is compared to the national average and analysed by:
- Industry
- Company Turnover
- Number of employees
- County
- Function
- Job Level
Each of the 14 regional surveys includes an analysis of the major towns and cities within that region, along with a guide to movements and trends within the local pay market. Data is also included from neighbouring counties so you can easily benchmark pay and benefits for commuting staff whose home falls outside the survey range.
